Rewaly Business Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rewaly Business, the service provided by Awaz Solutions, a company registered in India ("Rewaly," "we," "us," or "our"), to businesses to run loyalty programmes for their customers (the "Service"). By creating a Rewaly Business account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms cover Rewaly Business only. Use of the Rewaly consumer app is governed by the Rewaly Terms of Service.
1. The Service
Rewaly Business lets a business:
create stamp cards and points programmes, with rewards and tiers;
let customers join at its locations and counters, and give them a web card, an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, and, if the customer chooses, a card in the Rewaly app;
add stamps and points and redeem rewards at the counter;
run campaigns and send announcements to customers who have agreed to receive offers;
publish its listings and offers in the Rewaly app;
see its customers, activity, analytics and a record of every stamp and point issued;
add team members with roles that decide what each person can do.
Which of these are available, and how many of each, depends on your plan (see section 5). We may change, add or remove features over time.
2. Your Account
2.1 Who can sign up. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register. The person who signs up becomes the business's administrator.
2.2 Accurate information. You agree to give accurate details about your business and to keep them up to date.
2.3 Your team. You decide who joins your team and what each person can do. You are responsible for everything done through your account and your team's logins, and for removing people who should no longer have access.
2.4 Keeping logins secure. Each person must keep their own password confidential and must not share their login. A login can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs the earlier device out. Tell us at once at support@rewaly.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your Customers and Your Programmes
3.1 Your relationship with your customers. Your loyalty programmes, rewards, offers and campaigns are yours. You decide their rules and you are responsible for honouring them. Rewaly provides the technology; we are not a party to the relationship between you and your customers, and we do not guarantee any reward or offer you make.
3.2 Your obligations. You agree that you will:
describe your programmes, rewards and offers clearly and truthfully to your customers;
comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, promotions, advertising and data protection laws;
collect only the customer information you need, and have a lawful basis for it;
send offers and news only to customers who have agreed to receive them (the Service sends announcements and broadcasts only to customers who said yes);
deal with your customers' requests about their data, including requests to delete it (see the Rewaly Business Privacy Policy).
3.3 Customer data. As between you and Rewaly, your business controls the personal data of your customers, and Rewaly processes it on your behalf to provide the Service. How we handle it is described in the Rewaly Business Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is offensive or infringes anyone's rights;
send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
try to access other businesses' data, get around plan limits or security controls, or disrupt the Service;
copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, Billing and Limits
5.1 Plans. Every business starts on the Free plan. Paid plans include more features and higher limits. The current plans, what each includes and their prices are shown in Plan & billing in your account.
5.2 Payment. Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period through our payment provider, Chargebee. Prices are shown with the currency and any applicable taxes at checkout. We do not store your card details. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you change plan or close your account.
5.3 Moving to a higher plan. A higher plan starts straight away. You pay for it at checkout, adjusted for the time left in your current period.
5.4 Moving to a lower plan. A lower plan starts at the end of your current billing period; until then you keep your current plan. You can cancel a scheduled change before it starts. We email the administrator about a week before the change.
5.5 No refunds. Payments are not refundable, including when you move to a lower plan or close your account part-way through a period, except where the law requires otherwise.
5.6 Limits. Each plan has limits, for example the number of live programmes, customers, counters, team members and broadcasts per month. When a limit is reached, you cannot add more until you free up room or move to a higher plan. What is already live keeps working.
5.7 Features not in your plan. If you move to a plan that does not include a feature you were using, that feature stops being available. For example, a campaign that uses a feature your plan no longer includes must be paused or cancelled before stamps and points can be added again at the counter.
5.8 Price changes. We may change our prices. We will tell you in advance, and a new price applies from your next billing period.
6. Closing Your Account
6.1 Closing. The administrator can close the business account at any time in Settings, after confirming with a code sent by email. Closing takes effect immediately: your team is signed out and their logins removed, your customers' cards stop working, and your plan is cancelled without a refund.
6.2 Deletion. All of the business's data, including its customers, cards and history, is deleted permanently after a short grace period (currently 30 days). A closed account cannot be reopened. To use Rewaly Business again, you can sign up for a new account; the same email address can be used.
6.3 Inactive accounts. If no one in a business has used the Service for 180 days, we email the administrator. If the account is still unused after the warning period, we deactivate it, and a deactivated account is deleted permanently after a further period. Any use of the account by the business's team after the warning cancels it.
6.4 Our right to suspend or close. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts the Service or other users at risk, or where the law requires us to. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and the Rewaly name and logos, belongs to Rewaly. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is open.
You keep ownership of your content, such as your logo, images, programme names and texts. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the Service, for example to show it on your customers' cards, passes and in the Rewaly app.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for passes, Chargebee for billing, and cloud providers for hosting and email. Their own terms may apply to you and your customers, and we are not responsible for their services.
9. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance and make changes to the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rewaly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Rewaly against claims, losses and costs arising from your programmes, rewards and offers, your dealings with your customers, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell the administrator by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation and, if that fails, by the courts of India.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Rewaly Business Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Awaz Solutions about the Service.
