No โ the gift card is not delivered by email. You receive a confirmation email only to let you know the card has been added to your wallet. All the card details are inside the Rewaly app. Open the app and go to your gift card wallet to view and use the card.
No. All gift card purchases are strictly final. Once payment is confirmed and the gift card has been added to your wallet, we do not accept refunds, cashbacks, cancellations, or returns. If you experience a technical issue โ for example, you were charged but the gift card did not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes โ contact support@rewaly.com within 7 days and we will investigate.

If your payment fails or is declined, no gift card is issued and you are not charged. Simply try again or use a different payment method. If you believe you were charged but your payment shows as failed, contact support@rewaly.com immediately โ do not re-purchase until you have heard back from us.
