Welcome to Rewally. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rewally mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Awaz Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
Rewally is a personal wallet app that lets you organise, track, and manage your loyalty programs, gift cards, and coupons in one place. The Service allows you to:
- Store and manage loyalty cards from any program (retail, dining, travel, fitness, and more)
- Track gift card balances and record spending transactions
- Manage coupon codes and their usage status
- Monitor reward expiry dates and receive reminders
- Attach notes to cards and transactions for personal reference
- View an activity timeline of your loyalty management actions
- Create custom loyalty programs that may not exist in standard directories
Rewally is a personal organisation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any loyalty program, retailer, or rewards provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use a passwordless authentication system — you will receive a one-time password (OTP) via email to sign in. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
- Maintaining the security of your email account and device
- All activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to store, transmit, or manage fraudulent, stolen, or counterfeit loyalty cards, gift cards, or coupons
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the app
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Your Content and Data
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all data and content you add to the Service, including loyalty card details, transaction records, notes, and custom loyalty programs. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content.
5.2 Licence to Operate
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your account.
5.3 Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Service. Rewally is a personal tracking tool and does not verify balances, points, expiry dates, or coupon validity with any loyalty program or retailer. Always confirm your balances and reward status directly with the issuing organisation.
5.4 User Responsibility to Keep Information Up to Date
Rewally does not automatically sync with, connect to, or retrieve data from any loyalty program, retailer, gift card issuer, or rewards provider. We do not update your reward balances, points totals, coupon usage status, or any other account information on your behalf.
It is your sole responsibility to manually update the information stored in the Rewally app to keep it current and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reward and loyalty points balances
- Gift card remaining balances after spending
- Coupon and promo code usage status
- Expiry dates and redemption records
Rewally is not responsible for any discrepancy between the information displayed in the app and the actual status of your rewards or balances held by any third-party program. Always verify up-to-date information directly with the relevant loyalty program or issuing organisation.
6. Encryption and Security
We take security seriously. Sensitive data such as gift card numbers and coupon codes are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Push Notifications
The Service may send push notifications for expiry reminders and important alerts. You can opt out at any time through your device settings. Opting out does not affect the core functionality of the app.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and content (excluding your user data), is owned by Awaz Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you use our trademarks without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Brand Disclaimer
The Service integrates with third-party infrastructure providers to function. While we carefully select these providers, we are not responsible for their availability, data practices, or terms. Any loyalty program names, logos, or trademarks displayed in the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Rewally has no direct relationship, affiliation, partnership, or business arrangement with any brand, retailer, loyalty program, or rewards provider listed or displayed within the app. We do not act as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any such third party. The inclusion of any brand or loyalty program in the app does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by that brand or loyalty program of Rewally or Awaz Solutions. Where a formal partnership or business arrangement does exist, the relevant brand or loyalty program will be explicitly labelled as "Exclusive" or with a similar designation within the app.
We assume no liability for the acts or omissions of any brand or loyalty program, including but not limited to changes to reward structures, program terminations, balance adjustments, or refused redemptions. Any disputes regarding your rewards, points, or balances must be directed to the relevant brand or loyalty program directly.
10. App Store and Platform Terms
10.1 Apple App Store
If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Awaz Solutions only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
- In the event the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the Service infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Awaz Solutions (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- You represent that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (b) you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10.2 Google Play Store
If you downloaded the Service from the Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Awaz Solutions only, not with Google LLC ("Google"). Google is not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Your use of the Service is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
- Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the Service or these Terms.
- You acknowledge that Google is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
11. Fees and Pricing
Rewally is currently free to download and use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and any paid features will be clearly identified before purchase.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of reward balances, expiry dates, or any data you enter
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
Rewally is not a financial service and does not provide financial advice. We are not responsible for any loss, expiry, or devaluation of your loyalty rewards, gift card balances, or coupons.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awaz Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of rewards, points, or gift card balances
- Expired coupons or missed redemption opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Unauthorised access to your account
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if the Service was free).
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Awaz Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. Account Termination
You may delete your account directly from within the app via the account settings menu, or by contacting us at support@rewaly.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Awaz Solutions regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
